Free Local Delivery Free Local delivery means free delivery to properties within the following Post Code areas: PO7, PO8, PO9, PO10, PO18, PO19, GU26, GU27, GU28, GU29, GU30, GU31, GU32, GU33, GU34, GU35 To qualify for Free Local Delivery, you must receive your delivery according to the Delivery Schedule described below.
Local Delivery Schedule The weekly delivery schedule, available between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm:
Tuesday - South East region, including Brighton, Worthing, Petworth, Chichester Wednesday - North and North West region, including Guildford, Basingstoke, Farnham, Alton, Haslemere Thursday - West and South West region, including Chichester, Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth Friday - Local region, including Haslemere, Liphook,, Midhurst, Petworth, Harting
Regional Delivery, outside the local area All deliveries that fall outside the Local Delivery definition, but are to properties within the counties of Surrey, West Sussex and Hampshire shall attract a charge of £5.00.
National Delivery, outside the local or regional area
Delivery Method Delivery will be made by a Ballard's.

Delivery Times Delivery shall occur between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm. Deliveries requested by customers outside these normal delivery times and Delivery Schedule shall attract a delivery charge of £5.00.
Deliveries outside the delivery time and delivery schedule All deliveries that are requested at specific times on specific days by a customer will attract a delivery charge of £5.00 whether within or outside the Local Delivery definition. For example, a delivery requested for 10.00 am on a Saturday in Petersfield attracts a delivery charge of £5.00. Delivery is available between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm, Monday to Friday and 10.00 am to 1.00 pm Saturday. 48 hours notice of delivery is required.
Limit of Liability and lost product In some cases, the recipient of Ballard's products will not be present in person to take delivery. For this reason we request that a specific secure place of delivery is defined by customers on the order form. Ballard's Home Delivery shall place the product in the location requested by the recipient and shall post a Delivery Notice Document through the letterbox. Ballard's cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of Ballard's products once they have been delivered to the stipulated location. It is suggested that any location stipulated by the customer be cool and shaded; prolonged exposure to heat and strong sunlight may affect the quality of your delivery.
Product Shelf Life and Storage 'Bright' beer that contains no sediment should be used within 6 days of delivery, and should be stored in cool conditions at 10OC to 12OC.
'Sedimented' beer must be left to stand for 24 hours with perforated section removed, before serving; and for best results should not be moved thereafter. This beer will keep for up to 10 days unopened and should be stored in cool conditions at 10OC to 12OC. Once opened sedimented beer should be consumed within 5 days.
18 years or over Ballard's Brewery will not sell or deliver alcoholic drinks to any persons under 18 years of age.
Claims for damaged or wrongly delivered goods Claims for damaged or wrongly delivered goods must be notified to the Brewery within 24 hours of delivery.
